Hi,

In order to make use of the Eclipse CBI platform as much as possible, the following changes have  been applied to the Tycho build files:

1. The "tycho-pack200-plugin" is now used for creating packed artifacts for the P2 repository
2. The new Eclipse CBI platform "eclipse-jarsigner-plugin" is used to sign the plugins

The changes leads to a more portable build, except for the signing all can run now on non-eclipse.org build servers and a simplification for the pack&sign compared to the older implementation.

Note further that the "tcf-master" Hudson job has findbugs now enabled. Please check the findbugs reports regulary to reduce the number of reported issues.
