Re: [stp-dev] Today's Conf Call - STP Tutorial Proposal
|
Hi Oisin,
Cool that you'll make it for the call, no code needed for people
joining (the initiator however must type in *9310* so whoever is first
on the line can do it).
The idea came out from several people at ESE kind of at the same time,
so I think it's something that naturally emerged after our group
presentation on Wednesday. The only thing we need to make sure is that
we can show something coherent as a scenario. It is important that it
doesn't end up being a set of different tutorials put together into
one, but rather one tutorial with multiple parts.
Cheers,
Adrian.

I'll be able to make that for about 40 minutes or so, I'd say.
Do we need a dial-in code number?
I think that a multi-modal tutorial like the one you proposed in
the previous email is a very good idea. Not only will it show
how the pieces might work together, it will also help us discover
any integration issues before they become a difficulty for
consumers.
The closing date for submissions is 24 Nov (Monday), so
I will encourage everyone to make their submissions as soon
as possible ;)
I'll be submitting maybe a couple of short talks...
