[stp-dev] 3.4 Release Build candidate available

I've a 3.4 release candidate on the committers download area for
you all to try.

Give it a go and see what you think - we'll discuss any issues that
come up on IRC, or the mailing list.

Unless we get a real stop-ship situation, this is the final
pieces for Ganymede - any cosmetic pieces, for the site etc,
will be done without a rebuild.

All we need to do now is a sanity check on our bugs and make
sure nothing new has slipped in.

I'll put this up on the Ganymatic build in the morning UCT
time.
