[stp-dev] [VOTE SUMMARY] Committer status for Antoine Toulmé

Antoine was recently nominated for committer status as per the standard
top-level charter at [0] and a community vote was instigated [1]. After
the standard period of one week, the vote summary was:

  5  +1  votes
  0  -1  votes

with votes from Hugues Malphettes, Alex Boisvert, David Beaurpere,  
Johnson Ma
and Oisin Hurley (as nominator).

Antoine was duly recommended to the PMC for committer status and a vote
instigated [2]. The voting summary was

  3  +1  votes
  0  -1  votes

with votes from PMC members Oisin Hurley, Alain Boulze and Karl Reti  
[note,
as of this date the response from Karl is still en route to the  
archive].

A request for committer status has been submitted to the EMO.
