[stp-pmc] [VOTE] Approval sought for Antoine Toulme as Committer

Hi guys,
Antoine was proposed as a committer on the stp-dev mailing list
7 days ago [0]. In the minimum 7-day voting period, he has received
5 +1 votes from the community and no -1 votes. Having passed the
community approval stage (3 +1 votes and no dissenters) as described
in the generic top-level charter [1], Antoine now needs PMC approval
to become a committer.

I would like to whole-heartedly recommend to the PMC that we approve
Antoine's committership - he has contributed in a major fashion to the
BPMN sub-project and has been pro-active in increasing the quality of
the code and increasing the currency of the software through  
construction
of tutorials and talks.
