Antoine has given frequent and valuable contributions to the BPMN  
subproject,
creating many patches, updating the wiki with documentation and  
promoting the
project through development of articles and tutorials. I would like  
to propose
him as a committer on STP.

I would like to initiate a one-week voting period as per the top- 
level charter
at [0]. This period begins as of 0001 PST 6 March 07 and will close  
at 2359 PST
12 March 07.

If there are at least 3 positive votes and no negative votes within  
the voting
period, Antoine will be recommended to the PMC for commit privileges.

Please make your votes known as soon as is possible on this the stp- 
dev list.
