[stem-dev] Reminder, need to accept bug assignment

Dear STEM team,
Just wanted to send out a reminder that if a bug is assigned to you, you need to actually click "accept" in order for the bug to show up as assigned.
Otherwise the bug continues to appear in the list of unassigned bugs.
I just cleanup this up for the current bugs but please remember this extra step.
