[stem-dev] Feature/Bug Prioritization

I was looking through STEM's bugzilla entries today wondered if we couldn't make better use of bugzilla's features to classify the various open bugs (80 by my count) into various priorities and/or milestones. For instance, there is only one bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=295873 that has a higher priority than the others, and only one bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=291060 that has been assigned to a milestone. Many of the bugs are years old, but I doubt that they've been fixed.

There hasn't been much discussion on this mailing list about the project's development priorities, nor do I recall much discussion on the weekly phone calls. Any suggestions as to what our highest priority bug truly is? What bugs should be assigned to the next milestone?
