[spaces-dev] New update sites published

I have published new versions to both update sites. The new versions fix 
the blocking issue with the update manager complaining about incorrect 
license. Also, when publishing, a nicely formatted index.html is 
generated to catch the cases when the user tries to access the update 
site with a browser.
