I tried with our test account and I have the same problem there:

email: spacexdrive@xxxxxxx
password: eclipse

This URL 
http://public.xdrive.com/opc/XDPC-2630jL4U5KmJN8i2MXvSZUpROUA27Wb3/site.xml

is supposed to point at the file

/My Eclipse Space/structured/updates/site.xml

but I get a 404 when I try to access it. The file is visible in the web 
interface.
