We still encounter 404's when trying to use the consumption URL's. The 
probably cause is a failing "publish processor" at AOL. Lucas suggests 
two workarounds that we can use if we encounter this so that our testing 
can continue:

1) with the api you can invoke unpublish and publish again

2) inside of xdrive you can select the folder, then click on properties
inside of properties is a button called "reindex"
that tells the system to process the file or folder and regenerate any 
missing items, suchs a thumbnails for images, transcode to a web 
playable format if a video, create rss feeds if a published folder...etc

after either of those, should see an index_rss.xml in less than a min
