[soc-dev] Mentor registration

Hi,

last year the GSoC webpage clearly stated the mentor status for 
projects. Also mentors could apply for student proposals. Is this 
functionality still there? Might be the case that I am currently not 
assigned as mentor for eclipse.org, might be that I simply cannot find 
the correct link on the new homepage. Could someone please point me in 
the right direction
