as you can see at http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/sequoyah-dev/msg00311.html, we are in the middle of the migration process from DSDP to Tools project. We are verifying the infra-structure of the project after the migration with the WebMaster, and as soon as we have news about the problem you reported, we'll let you know.
