I like the font and distinction between
"eclipse"/"RT" in number 18.
The icons in 11 and 15 are good as they
show some hint of the project's purpose (providing a base runtime for others
to extend). If we're not so concerned about the icon making such a statement,
then I like 18 for style and originality.

  I believe this set
looks a lot more promising.
