[rmf-dev] Snapshot-Release checklist

Dear all,

I just noticed a few places where information in the code was outdated (in this case, the wizard was writing the wrong ProR version number).  To remedy this, I created a checklist that lists all the things that need to be checked manually before a snapshot.  This is a .reqif model, where we can add a new attribute for every release.  This is documented here:
