[rmf-dev] Presentation interface changed

Hi all,

I did some significant changes to the Presentation backend - mainly cleanup and consistent registering/unregistering of presentations, as they are being activated.  I fixed those Presentations that are part of the RMF project, but if you created your own presentations, you'll have to adjust them (the compile errors should guide you :-)).

This code will be made public starting with RMF 0.4.0, due by the end of August.  Please make sure to test your code against the develop branch.
