[rdf4j-dev] Build whole RDF4J

Hi,

I have created a build.gradle file to build whole RDF4J binaries (i.e. rdf4j, rdf4j-storage and rdf4j-tools). After all it runs 'mvn package' within assembly. I would like to share with it. Where is the best place for that file; rdf4j-tools?

Maybe it useless because there is a place to do that already. If so where is it?
