It turned out to be a deal bigger than expected... first there were some build failures in RAP Runtime, maybe our HIPP instance, maybe caused by some temporary network issues, maybe cause by the execution order of test cases (?), I don't know for sure but after some re-tries everything seem to be back to normal. And then I deleted our first RC3 contribution before publishing the new one which caused another failure of the Mars aggregation build. Anyway... here are the updated coordinates:

Markus, could you run another build based on the versions currently in
the 3.0-mainenance branches (both, rap and rap.tools) and submit to
the simrel again?
