[rap-dev] working towards RAP 2.1

Hi all,

I've updated the whole build of RAP Runtime and RAP Tools for our 2.1 release together with Kepler in June 2013. This includes updates of the feature and bundle versions and everything else that depends on that. What I didn't change so far is the version of the exported packages in the MANIFEST.MF.

These changes are reflected in the build jobs on Hudson. The two relevant jobs are now

https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/rap-head-tools/

I am going to check that these new builds are available from the nightly build p2 repository within the next few days.
