[rap-dev] RAP 2.0 is released

Just a note that RAP 2.0 has been released today and is available for
download [1].

The included Equinox target feature is based on Juno, since this is
the latest release version.

The RAP 2.0 runtime and tools builds are also aggregated in Kepler M5,
but of course, together with a Kepler-based Equinox target feature.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this release, RAP committers
Tim, Ivan, Holger, Rüdiger and – I'm particularly thankful that Markus
joined the RAP team and does a terrific releng job! Also thanks to
everyone who contributed ideas, bug reports, etc.

The next build will be RAP 2.1 M1, which will be part of Kepler M6.
RAP 2.1 is going to be released together with Kepler in June.
