[ptp-user] how to build sdm for juno

Hi,

I am trying to setup parallel debugging following this tutorial :
	http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/tutorials/XSEDE12, page 189
		"Set the debugger path to the sdm in your home directory"

I can't find the directory to compile the sdm.
I then tried to follow these instructions :
	http://www.eclipse.org/ptp/docs/build.html

cvs co ...
cd org.eclipse.ptp/debug/org.eclipse.ptp.debug.sdm
./configure
	checking build system type... x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
	configure: error: utils directory not found

Is is the correct procedure ?
If not, how can i build the sdm ?
