[ptp-user] Converting to synchronized project (Eclipse Iuno RC3 Build id: 20120606-2254)

Hi,
I noted a change when using the wizard to convert a Photran/C/C++ project into
a synchronized project.
Apparently, the wizard sets the remote project immediately as active build
configuration and starts a synchronization right away. This way, too many files
get replicated.
I would like to set a synchronization filter first, set (remote) environment
variables and modules first and start the initial replication when doing the
remote build.
Did I miss some preferences to set before starting the wizard ?
