[ptp-user] PTP 3.0 and PBS

I've recently installed PTP 3.0 and I'm trying to get my remote server
installation working with PBS.  The instructions in the release notes
indicate that there should be an org.eclipse.ptp.rm.pbs.proxy* directory
under plugins that needs to be copied to the remote server -- however,
the directory doesn't seem to exist.  Am I missing some of the
components? (I selected all PTP options when installing from the update
site.)  Is there another location where this directory might be located?
As it is, it doesn't look like there is a PBS proxy executable being
built (just sdm), so I cannot start the PBS resource manager.
