[ptp-user] PTP 3.0 under eclipse-3.5 and Ubuntu-9.10

Hello,

i try to use PTP in Ubuntu-9.10.
But i can't create an PTP-Project.

Is there an documentation for 3.0 on PTP website is only 2.1.
