[ptp-user] Debug PTP problem

Hi all,
I've followed all instruction from
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/release_notes/2.1 (except RTD because I dont
need it for now) and I can run MPI Hello world project in PTP Runtime. The
problem is that I can not debug it in PTP Debug perspective.
'Open MPI Job'  has encountered a problem.
Failed after finishing execution of parallel application.
  Open MPI application terminated with exit value 1.
I thinks it is an beginners problem, but I got stuck for two days already.
