I have a local (not remote) C project which has Debug and Release
configurations defined. If I use that project in the profile configuration
dialog, there are no build configurations at all in the application tab. I
do not have any errors showing in the dialog, and all needed info is
present. This does not change if I switch to other tabs in the profile
configuration then come back to the application tab.

The other two issues you mentioned I was able to reproduce and should have
fixed on CVS soon.  I haven't seen this one before though.  Does this
occur when there is other missing required information for the
configuration?  Does the dropdown menu populate if you switch tabs or
switch configurations and then go back?
