[ptp-user] PTP with Galileo working, but now Photran won't install

The 20090707 build seems to work.  Only oddity was the software 
license.  All it said was:

[Enter License Description here.]

Thanks for the fix and quick response.

Curiously, it seems my objective in all of this has been thwarted by the 
fact that Photran (so far as I can tell) isn't included in PTP 3.0, and 
the documentation suggests it only works with PTP 2.1.  When I try to 
install the 2009-06-29 release I get:
