[ptp-user] PTP with Galileo, "missing requirement" for cell.feature.grou

I have just done a fresh install of Galileo (modeling package).  When I 
try to use the PTP update site (for v2.1.2.200905110828 of PTP), I get 
the error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not 
be found.
 Missing requirement: 1246285874153 0.0.0.1246285874153 requires 
'org.eclipse.ptp.cell.feature.group [2.1.2.200905110828]' but it could 
not be found

Can anyone advise how to proceed?
