I would suggest to remove "on a broad range of target platforms". I suggest:

"Tools for C/C++, Fortran, UPC, MPI, OpenMP, OpenSHMEM and OpenACC developers.

Remotely build, execute, debug, and monitor parallel apps."

Why? We do support a broad range of platforms.
