[ptp-dev] New downloads page for Kepler - description of Parallel Packag

The new downloads page for Kepler will utilize the package description (first two lines) right under the listing for our package
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php

It has to fit in two lines, right now it is:

An IDE for Parallel Application Developers, including the C/C++ IDE, plus tools for Fortran,
UPC, MPI, a parallel debugger, etc...

We have about a 1/2 line left if you have suggestions.
