I committed these changes.  If you have the Photran source code
checked out, the next time you pull from Git...

1. Several projects will disappear from your workspace
(rephraserengine.core.{vpg,refactoring}, managedbuilder.core, etc.),
or they might show up closed and you'll have to delete them

2. You will need to use File > Import > Git > Projects from Git to get
the "new" (renamed) projects into your workspace --
org.eclipse.photran.core.xlf and
org.eclipse.rephraserengine.core.tests
