I updated the (extremely detailed) instructions for checking out
Photran's source code from Git.  These now include detailed
instructions on how to check out CDT's source code and its
prerequisites as well.

At the moment, I'm still getting 10 errors in CDT, but I asked on
cdt-dev about resolving these.

pages.  Ugh.
