I'm fine with it going into ptp.

I'd suggest something like org.eclipse.ptp.cdt.compilers-feature if you want to lump them all together, or org.eclipse.ptp.cdt.cray-feature, etc. if you want them separate.

Greg, how do you feel about this?

If I should contribute the error parsers to PTP, where should they go?  Should I create a new project+feature?  If so, what should the name/bundle-id be?
