Hi Feiyi,

   I just tried to install the plugins you mentioned, but the ptp 
plugin is still working fine.  Can you go to menu  "Help"  -> "Software 
updates" -> "Manage Configuration"?  Expend the tree to check whether 
PTP plugin is existed or not.  Please enable the "Show Disabled 
Features" button which locates on top menu.  Your case may  be some 
plugins to disable ptp plugin.
