Thread-topic: CVS pserver through a http proxy server.

I am trying to use the cvs plugin to access cvs-pserver.sf.net and my
proxy server is blocking me.  Is there any way to get around this
problem? i.e. some way to tell the plugin to route itself through the
proxy server?
