I have opened 19301 to track this. Tagged as F3 candidate, but is P3 so will compete with other higher priority fixes for resources.

Maybe there can be a distinction between what is shown for undo support and
what is remembered as activity.  5-10 changes, for undo, might be ok.  With
a much larger number of events in the log (at least as it is visualized in
the system summary)  would be good.

(1000?  will we be that busy?)
