[platform-ui-dev] Errors in platform UI due to missing key in plugin.properties

Hi,
in 4.6.0.N20151011-2000 I get a lot of missing key in
plugin.properties with the recent master, for example in JFace.
Description Resource Path Location Type
Key 'pluginName' is not found in localization properties file:
plugin.properties MANIFEST.MF /org.eclipse.jface/META-INF line 3
Plug-in Problem
Key 'providerName' is not found in localization properties file:
plugin.properties MANIFEST.MF /org.eclipse.jface/META-INF line 7
Plug-in Problem
The JFace plugin.properties has not been changed since 11 years (!),
so I assume that is either a local errors or something PDE.
Does anybody else also see these errors?
