[platform-ui-dev] Component Owner Changes

The component ownership document (located at http://dev.eclipse.org/ 
viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-ui-home/ 
componentAreas.html ) has been updated today to reflect recent  
changes in our team structure.

Could all team members take a look at this document and ensure that  
the changes are okay.  If the changes are in order please see that  
any bugs that you may have assigned to you in an area that you no  
longer own are moved to their new owner.  If there are certain ones  
you'd prefer to hang on to, no big deal, just CC the new component  
owner on them as a courtesy.
