[platform-ui-dev] Reminder: Build Submission (M20050727-1200)

This is just a reminder that tomorrow at noon there will be the first build on 
the 3.1.1 maintenance stream.  Please leave R3_1_maintenance in a good state 
by 11 a.m. (EDT) tomorrow.  If you've never submitted fixes to a maintenance 
stream and need help, please just let me know.


Remember: if you branch a plug-in on to the maintenance stream, please update 
the plug-in number to 3.1.0
