The text and refactoring undo/are still
utilizing their original/local implementations, so there is no particular
testing required around those areas.

The undo/redo framework is in place,
but there will be nothing interesting to test until that integration takes
place.  It was too risky/too late for M5 and will not be in the builds
until M5 is done.  Resource navigator hooks into the framework to
show undo/redo but there will be no operations available.  The only
thing to note is that undo/redo is shown in resource navigator menus and
is disabled.
