[platform-ui-dev] Submissions for I20050217-0010 and I20050217-1200

At the moment, we are planning submissions for the midnight and noon builds.  
From the sounds of things, it is also likely that we will need to continue on 
into the afternoon.

For the midnight build, please have code ready by 7 p.m.

If you miss the midnight build, your code will be picked up for the noon 
build.
