[platform-ui-dev] Key bindings on context menus

In the next build you will find a (hopefully
innocuous) little feature: key bindings appear on context menus. The intention
is to help users learn keyboard shortcuts quickly. I didn't put a preference
item yet to make this an optional feature, but there probably should be
for users that find this feature causes too much visual clutter.
