Hi Andre,

I just checked the CVS repository to see how icons are implemented in 
the menus of the current OS X drop.

To my surprise I saw you implemented Tree2 and TreeItem2 classes.

I guess our two implementations duplicate some work but on the hand they 
might complement each other.

My questions are:
How can we do a merge of these two classes, OS, swt.c, Display and 
probably several other classes ?
Who´s doing the Tree implementation ? I don´t mind if you do it, I just 
don´t want to do some work and see it has been done in the meantime by 
someone else.

Please let me know how what you think.
