Just to repeat a comment from the linked
bug to a larger audience, the Solaris-x86 builds for M7 are not working
because our machine that compiles these libraries for SWT has been unusable
lately.  We still gave our 'Go' based on the success of the other
platforms.

Our Solaris-x86 machine is back as of
today, so working builds should return for it for the RC1 round.

As I understand it, for a milestone,
Kim would always open a bug and ask for explicit sign-off from component
leads for an I-build candidate to be promoted to a milestone. 

I've opened that bug:

I tried to follow earlier examples, but if I've mistakenly left out any
component (or included too many) please make corrections in the bug so
I'll know for next time.
