I suspect what happened here is that the files somehow got a 0D character at the end of each line.  This is not a valid line delimeter so CVS and/or Eclipse probably can not take care of it properly.

Valid line delimeters are either 0D0A or 0A.

Isn't CVS supposed to take care of line delimiters?

Assuming CVS doesn't take care of the delimiters... Dani sent out a link with
tools including a tool for playing with line delimiters. Is this tool just
going to be run over the doc plugins once before we ship?
