Jared,
The "What's New" sections should be the handful of big ticket items that
appreared since 2.0.
The Platform's "What's New" section represents my first cut on what should
be included, based on the stuff from the various milestone documents. I
intentionally omitted the little stuff. Feel free to add additional items
(or cull further).
The items in the "Tips & Tricks" section are in a much more raw form
(i.e., I didn't cull much). The teams will probably need to spend more
time there than on "What's New".

I'm not sure exactly which previously announced "New and Noteworthy"
features
should be included in the What's New documentation. Should we include
everything from the milestone announcements or should we just choose a
handful of the biggest new features?
Platform's "What's New" document in CVS includes some of the features
announced in M4, but not others. Were items excluded intentionally? If so,
is
it safe to extrapolate the exclusions as a general rule for what should be
left out?

These should be in the same format as the New and
Noteworthy document. Jim has added a corresponding page
and added some initial contents.
