[platform-doc-dev] What's New?

I'm not sure exactly which previously announced "New and Noteworthy" features 
should be included in the What's New documentation. Should we include 
everything from the milestone announcements or should we just choose a 
handful of the biggest new features?

Platform's "What's New" document in CVS includes some of the features 
announced in M4, but not others. Were items excluded intentionally? If so, is 
it safe to extrapolate the exclusions as a general rule for what should be 
left out?

*     New: Complete the What's New in 2.1 section.
      These should be in the same format as the New and
      Noteworthy document. Jim has added a corresponding page
      and added some initial contents.
