A couple of quick comments on the new
debug icons in I20040427:

 - The new debug icon is very faint.
Against a grey blackground, it just looks like a grey blur (maybe it's
just my eye-sight). On a semiotic note, now that the "run" icon
is symbolic rather than iconic (its form no longer suggests its meaning),
it seems odd to still have an iconic debug icon. I would now expect some
variant of the run (play) symbol. The same goes for external tools.

- The "remove all terminated launches"
button also looks like blurry on a grey background. I have to be very close
to the screen to notice that it is three super-imposed red X characters.
Since there is no "remove single launch" button, maybe "remove
all" could just use the single red X character here.
