[platform-ant-dev] HEAD dependencies are a bad thing

It's been a rough week. I typically have only 5 hrs. - 7 hrs. a week to give
to Eclipse contributions. Given that I have workspaces in two locations to
maintain, I've spent better than half of that time this week just trying to
get a clean compile. Obviously the committers spend more time with the code
than I do, and I am admittedly a pretty insignificant Eclipse contributor,
but I'd be grateful if we could wait to code against non-ant APIs until
they've made it through an integration build. Once we start using HEAD,
compile errors trickle all the way up through the dependency graph pretty
quickly.
