[platform-ant-dev] Add [Editor] to editor-related bugs

There are a lot of bugs related to the Ant editor and I'm not really 
interested in fixing them. :) When I'm browsing the Ant inbox for bugs to 
grab, I'd like to be able to filter out editor problems.

I think it would be nice (for me, at least) if we started adding flags on our 
bug summaries to give an idea of what they pertain to. We could try to figure 
out the complete set ([Configs], [Editor], [AntView], [Runtime], etc.), but 
I'd by happy if we at least had "[Editor]."

Any objections?
